Defoe Lettings is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@defoelettings.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, request a viewing or valuation, or register as a tenant, we collect the details you give us: usually your name, email, phone number, property details and message.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and provide our lettings, sales and management services. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a tenancy or sale are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@defoelettings.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
